The Mindfulness Now Programme is a combination of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), using the best of both, developed by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditations (UKCMM) Devon School of Mindfulness.
I trained in this programme in November 2019 and use this in a one to one and group setting. Alongside this, we are able to build individual, tailored sessions for both one to one and groups, as well as corporate programmes, and informal drop-in groups.
The UKCMM is approved by the British Psychological Society.
