As employers it will be well known to you the effects stress can have on a workforce: low morale, increased absence, reduced productivity and high staff turnover, to name a few. To ensure productivity is high, then, it is essential to maintain support of the workforce and increase morale.
You have a legal duty of care over your team, and for most, a moral duty to look after staff well-being.
We provide workshops and Mindfulness sessions, either 1:1 or within a group with the aim of building confidence and self-esteem, whilst reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Our sessions will help build on communication skills which, in turn, will improve relationships.
